We admit classes twice per year, and our next class will start in September 2008. Test dates for the fall  class are available here. We currently do not have any waiting list.

Created in 1937, we are Ohio's oldest PN program and our school was among the first of its kind in the United States. Currently, we are the only private, independent PN program in Ohio.

We are proud to be ABHES (Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools) accredited. We are also approved by the Ohio Board of Nursing, receiving the maximum five (5) year approval.

The mission of Central School of Practical Nursing is to educate a diverse group of adult learners from Cleveland and its surrounding areas in the field of practical nursing, thereby increasing the capacity of Cleveland’s healthcare workforce.
